See It Before You Commit.
A tour with Asa-B Consult is not a holiday. It is a chance to walk into real opportunities, meet real employers, and understand what life abroad actually looks like before you make a big decision.
Tours are arranged based on group availability and purpose. Entry into any country is subject to that country's visa requirements and is never guaranteed.
A Tour With Purpose.
Many people come to us for language classes or visa help. During that journey, opportunities open up. Tours let you explore those opportunities in person.
See Real Workplaces
Visit hospitals, companies, schools, and businesses that hire international workers. Understand what they actually expect from candidates.
Meet Real People
Connect with Africans already living and working abroad. Hear what worked, what did not, and what they wish they had known before they left.
Understand Real Life
Housing, transport, food, cost of living, culture. A tour gives you a grounded view of what your life will actually look like, not just what brochures say.
Spot Opportunities Early
Some job offers, apprenticeships, and study spots come from being there and meeting the right people. Tours put you in that position.
Confirm Your Plan
Still unsure whether to study, work, or simply explore? A short tour can help you decide before you invest in a full relocation.
Travel With Support
You are not alone. We guide the group through each destination, handle logistics, and make sure everyone knows what to expect at each step.
Where We Go.
We currently run tours to Germany, the UK, and the USA. Each destination has its own requirements, culture, and set of opportunities.
Germany
The main focus. Strong economy, high demand for skilled workers, excellent quality of life.
Healthcare
Germany has a shortage of nurses, care workers, and doctors. Hospitals actively recruit from abroad.
Engineering and Tech
Automotive, mechanical, electrical, and software roles are widely available for qualified applicants.
Hospitality
Hotels, restaurants, and event venues regularly hire internationally, especially with German language skills.
Study and Training
German universities and Ausbildung (vocational training) programmes are world-class and often free or low-cost.
What You Need to Travel to Germany
German tourist visa (Schengen Type C) allows up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Short-stay visits can form the beginning of a longer plan.
United Kingdom
English-speaking, globally connected, with strong demand in health, tech, and education.
NHS and Healthcare
The NHS is one of the largest employers in the world and actively recruits nurses, doctors, and care workers internationally.
Technology
London is one of Europe's top tech hubs. Software, data, and engineering talent is in constant demand.
Education
UK universities are internationally ranked. A student visa can lead to a two-year Graduate Route visa after graduation.
Construction and Trade
Skilled tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, builders) are in high demand across the UK, especially outside London.
What You Need to Travel to the UK
The Standard Visitor Visa allows up to 6 months in the UK. You cannot work or study a full course on this visa. Ghana is listed as a country that requires a TB test for visa applications of 6 months or more.
United States
The world's largest economy. Diverse, dynamic, and full of opportunity for those who plan carefully.
Business and Networking
A B-1 business visa opens doors to conferences, meetings, and employer introductions that can shape your career.
Study and Research
US universities are among the best in the world. A tour can help you assess programmes and meet admissions staff directly.
Tech and Innovation
Silicon Valley, New York, Austin. The USA leads in tech, startups, and digital industries that offer strong career paths.
Cultural Exchange
J-1 exchange visitor programmes include au pair, camp counsellor, and intern routes for eligible young adults.
What You Need to Travel to the USA
The US B-1/B-2 visa is one of the harder tourist visas to obtain for Ghanaian applicants. The embassy looks for strong evidence that you will return home. A US visa, once granted, is typically valid for 10 years with multiple entries.
Other European Countries
A Schengen visa to Germany opens the door to 26 other countries across Europe.
Austria
Strong in healthcare and tourism. German-speaking, close to Germany, and part of the Schengen area.
Netherlands
Large English-speaking work market, strong tech and logistics sectors, with high quality of life.
Belgium
Home to EU institutions. Multilingual (French, Dutch, German) with opportunities in admin, healthcare, and IT.
Czech Republic
Lower cost of living than Western Europe with a growing economy. Accessible with a Schengen visa.
A German Schengen Type C visa (tourist or business) allows you to visit all 27 Schengen member countries for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. This makes a Germany-based tour an excellent way to explore multiple countries in one trip.
A Tour Is the Beginning, Not the End.
Most people who travel with us go on to take the next step. A tour gives you the clarity to commit with confidence.
Language Training
You come back knowing exactly why you need German and how far you need to go. Language training becomes a clear goal, not just an instruction.
German A1 to B2Visa Support
After seeing the country, you understand which visa type fits your situation. We help you apply with the right documents and the right expectations.
Visa Types ExplainedJob Placement

A Note Worth Reading
We do our best to make every tour valuable and smooth. But entry into any country is always at the discretion of that country's border authorities. Approval of a visa application is never something any consultant can promise or guarantee. We guide you through the process and prepare you as thoroughly as possible. The rest is in the hands of the authorities.
Tour availability also depends on group size, visa timelines, and destination requirements. Contact us early so we can plan properly.
