Who controls your information

This may include identity and contact details, programme applications, attendance and exam records, payment administration records, property booking details, support messages, account/security records, and limited website analytics.
Why we use it
We use information to provide requested services, manage contracts and accounts, protect the platform, communicate with you, keep required business records, and respond to legal obligations. Marketing consent, where requested, must be optional and separate.
Service providers and international processing
Data may be processed by hosting, database, file-storage, email, and SMS providers, including Railway, Cloudinary, and configured communications providers. These providers may process data outside Ghana. Asa-B Consult must assess and document appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal claims, fraud prevention, accounting, or other lawful obligations. Requests require identity verification.
Security and complaints
We use access controls, encrypted transport, audit records, and restricted staff workflows, but no system can promise absolute security. Contact us first with concerns. You may also have a right to complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
